A great stay and relaxing private hot spring!

The room is spacious and with high ceilings. Their bed is wider than standard ones but not longer. So it’s comfortable for also larger bodies but not too tall. The bathtub (hot spring) is well-insulated from the room by glass walls (though it’s not very clear on the picture). They provide you with a dehumidifier too so the room is never too humid.

Excellent location for stay at Jiaoxi central area.

Location, location and location. It is so centrally located at the heart of Jiaoxi district. Love the room layout too.

The towels are not very nice. They should have provided better towels. Wifi is ok strength.

location, location, location, FOOD, GOOD FOOD, BEST FOOD and free onsen bath within the room

Location !!! FOOD !!! Onsen in the room !!! There many good food around the hotel, left, right , front and back ! we stay four nights and there is no enough time to try all the excellent cuisines around, not only local taiwanese cuisine , but good coffee and world champion bakery outlet next to a supermarket opposite. Free Onsen comes with the room, Onsen water supply is really fast we enjoy 4 days of Onsen bath in the room, very fun. Walking distance from the train station. Highly recommended.

The management should update the out-dated check-in instruction, it say if we do not hang the "Clean room" sign at the door they will not clean the room, however they do not provide the sign ! we have the approach the front desk to request room cleaning and yet they missed, room not clean when we back for the day we have to request again and remind them do not make us remind them every day for cleaning it is ridiculous , this happened on day 1, the rest of the day was ok.

The room was spacious. The bathtub was big and fit for 2. The water filled very quickly and hot enough for bathing. Paid more for a room with high ceilings that was worth for money.

Very Good

No breakfast... but there's an amazing bread shop nearby that's so delicious. It's also nearby many eateries so finding food won't be an issue.

The toilet has a slight pungent smell, probably the drainage but other than that it was a nice place to stay.

Superb

Conveniently located in central Jiaoxi, just near the public hot spring foot baths, and next to the Chili Hunter shop, a local landmark. Easy walking distance to anywhere in town. Rooms are very large, with high ceilings. The hot spring tub is a decent size and fills quickly. The tub/shower area is separated from the sink/toilet area, so it's still easy to use the bathroom without wetting your feet later. The room had some complimentary extras, like an herbal bath soak and fruit vinegar.

Soundproofing could be better, as we heard the family next door fairly clearly when the kids were playing around.

I really enjoyed the BathTubs in the room as they were unique and made a big enough space for two. THe water Pressure was also a very nice unexpected addition.

It was an exceptional value for a relaxing hot spring getaway!

The room was such an excellent value. I stayed in the deluxe room in the main building. It had a large bed, a table and chairs, a TV, and a nice counter setup with kettle, tea, etc. But, the best part was of course the bathroom. The shower and hot spring tub were an incredible setup. Spacious, lovely. It was the perfect place to relax. I barely left my hotel room during my stay -- only to get food. I spent the rest of the time enjoying the hot spring!

The bathroom sink was a little bit slow to drain.

Disappointing

Although they gave me a pretty bad room in the first place, but the room i got changed into is very good. Since they cahrge me from the nex room, the new room has great space and perfect bathing area. The hot spring in the bathroom is awsome.

But the original room is really awful, the noise from the street, from the hallway, and from next door is just unacceptable. Those rooms should be reconstruct for better noise reduction or soundproof.

The lighting and the atmosphere of the bedroom are pretty basic. If you are looking for a place for vacations, maybe you won’t spend too much time in the hotel.

Stayed in the new wing, actual room was nicer than photo. Room was very clean, bright and comfortable! Good location as well! Private hot spring tub in the room was very relaxing... plenty of food around the hotel!
